In the fourth quarter of 2021, the Templars Today carried out 500 voluntary services at churches, basilicas, sanctuaries, abbeys, at 150 of their locations, in 6 different countries around the world and helping in welcoming over 30,000 pilgrims.

The Catholic Templars carry out the voluntary service for the joy of witnessing the Risen Christ who strengthens their daily life.

The services are carried out in agreement with the Dioceses, with the parish priests and in this particular period with the ecclesiastical authorities competent in the matter of controlling the spread of the pandemic, helping concretely every day in controlling access to churches.

Noteworthy is the spiritual retreat at Chiaravalle della Colomba, the retreat in Toscana in the splendid abbey of Farneta and with prayers in the famous abbey of San Galgano and at the hermitage of Montesiepi where the real sword in the stone is kept, the retreat in Turin, the retreat in Milan with prayer in the streets of the city.

From abroad, the consolidation of nations such as France, England, Poland, Germany and strong growth in the US, especially in New York, Oklahoma and Texas.

In total, 2,549 voluntary services were carried out in 2021 for the custody and principals of sacred places, hospitality of pilgrims and support where required.
