The Catholic Templars participate in the International event for the XXIII Columban’s Day in the Cathedral Basilica Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Garden – Chiavari (Ge) (July 2022)

The Catholic Templars participated in the XXIII Columban's Day which took place in the month between June and July in the cities of the Genoese province where the event ended with the Holy Mass in the Cathedral Basilica Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Garden in Chiavari (Genoa, Italy). The presence in the event was numerous by the faithful from all parts of northern Italy, France, Germany, Ireland. The event involved the civil and military authorities and presented it by about forty priests and eight bishops including: Mons. Alberto Tanasini - Bishop of Chiavari, Mons. Corrado Sanguineti - Bishop of Pavia, Mons. Luigi Ernesto Palletti - Bishop of La Spezia- Sarzana- Brugnato, Mons.Donal McKeown - Bishop of Derry (Northern Ireland), Mons.Calogero Marino - Bishop of Savona-Noli, Mons. Adriano Cevolotto - Bishop of Piacenza-Bobbio, Mons. Martino Canessa - Bishop of Tortona, Mons. Marco Arnolfo - Archbishop of Vercelli.

Present during the Holy Mass the relics of San Columban brought by Mons. Alberto Tanasini - Bishop of Chiavari.

In addition to participating in the Holy Mass, the Catholic Templars helped organize the event in the entrance of the faithful and the custody of the Confaloni present at the entrance of the Cathedral.
